Microbiologist

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Microbiologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s or MPhil degree in Microbiology and may be freshly graduated or have experience in food microbiology. Candidates with knowledge of laboratory management systems will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct microbiological testing of raw materials, finished products, and environmental samples

Perform routine microbiological analysis including total plate count, yeast & mold, coliform, E. coli, etc.

Monitor and ensure hygiene and sanitation standards in production and lab areas

Maintain detailed records of test results, observations, and deviations

Prepare and standardize microbiological media, reagents, and equipment

Assist in implementing and maintaining Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Laboratory Management Systems (e.g., ISO/IEC 17025)

Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for microbiological deviations

Participate in internal audits, inspections, and validation activities

Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
