Role: Microsoft Consultant – Voice
- Microsoft Teams Administration/Configuration experience
- Significant hands-on experience with the SIP protocol and analyzing call flows
- Significant experience with Microsoft M365 and/or other cloud Collaboration tool suites
- Significant experience with voice technology and telephony solutions
- Cloud Telephony experience: Microsoft Teams, Oracle, Cisco, Contact Center, Avaya technologies
- Experience designing and integrating Teams with Session Border Controllers (AudioCodes, Ribbon), Oracle, Cisco, Avaya and Cloud Voice platforms
- Oracle SBC network design, configuration, support, and maintenance experience
- Log analysis and error resolution
- Ability to read and interpret related system logs, statistics, and database queries
- Proven skillset in troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and research problems of a complex nature, make reasonable decisions, and recommend solutions
- Experience with M365 security and compliance
- M365 Groups Administration/Configuration
- Fundamental understanding of network and Internet concepts (e.g., firewalls, load balancers, web browsers, TCP/IP, SSL, HTTP, LDAP etc.)
