Job Description
You will be
A member of a 24*7 support team responsible for managing Microsoft Teams Direct Routing and Meeting Room Services for the end customer
A Unified Communication Service Administrator responsible for monitoring and maintaining services as per the agreed SLA.
You will be accountable for
(Key Responsibilities)

Managing Teams Direct Routing infrastructure for customer.

Manage Endpoints like Phones, SBC, gateway, and Meeting room endpoints.

Working on reported tickets and maintaining SLA.
-
Working on any issues reported by customers and responding to emails.

Monitoring the service, identifying, and fixing the issues proactively.

Reporting and handling customer calls for review of service.

You have
(Qualification and exp)

Knowledge and experience on SIP and telephony devices.

Good understanding of Microsoft Teams and Teams devices
-
Good understanding of VOIP devices.
-
Knowledge and experience in managing SBC\Gateways.
-
Managing Teams Direct Routing and Teams Phones
-
Managing Microsoft Teams Room Systems.
Must Have Skills
Managing devices like Teams phones
Managing Teams Meeting room (MTR devices).
Knowledge of protocols like SIP, H.323.
Experience in supporting of Microsoft Teams Service.
Managing Teams Direct Routing infrastructure.
Other Skills
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Good Email writing and documentation skills.
