As a Microsoft D365 Senior Manufacturing and Production Consultant, you’ll act as a trusted advisor, leading clients through the full Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation lifecycle—from strategic planning to go-live. Your expertise will help organizations optimize processes, improve efficiency, and achieve measurable business outcomes.

Tavel to client sites is required up to 50% of the time.

Your day-to-day

• Support up to two client engagements simultaneously in a remote environment, driving successful outcomes and maintaining excellent client satisfaction;
• Assist with training and foster client adoption for long-term success;
• Conduct gap analysis, document business processes, and prepare functional design documents to ensure solutions align with client objectives;
• Oversee data migration, testing, and reporting activities to deliver high-quality outcomes;
• Recommend and build the D365 F&O solution according to client needs.

Keys to your success

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft AX, including at least 2 full manufacturing implementations;
• Minimum of 1 successful D365 F&O implementation;
• Strong knowledge of BOMs, Shop Floor, and MRP practices;
• Skilled in implementing both Discreet and Process Manufacturing;
• Ability to lead the client in Agile manufacturing deployments;
• Strong business acumen;
• Highly organized and adaptable to Alithya methodologies.

Extra edge

• Real-world experience in a manufacturing company.
• Familiarity with WMS.
