Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Solution Architect

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of implementations for our clients, including complex multi entity rollouts.

You will be responsible for end to end solution architecture, guiding functional and technical teams, and working directly with senior stakeholders to ensure that Dynamics 365 F&O is implemented using best practice and standard capabilities wherever possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution design for Dynamics 365 F&O across finance, supply chain and related workstreams
• Own the overall architecture including integrations, data model, data migration approach and non functional requirements
• Define and oversee the end to end data migration strategy from legacy systems into F&O, including scope, mapping and cutover
• Run and facilitate stakeholder workshops, discovery and design sessions
• Produce high quality design documents, solution blueprints, integration and migration specifications
• Support consultants during configuration, testing, training and go live activities
• Present solutions and progress to senior stakeholders and project steering groups
• Work closely with technical teams on extensions, integrations, data migration and performance

Required Experience and Skills

• Minimum 5 years experience working as a Solution Architect on Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations projects
• Proven track record on large scale and complex implementations with multiple entities or countries
• Experience with consolidations, eliminations and external integrations
• Strong functional understanding of core Finance and Operations modules, especially finance and supply chain
• Hands on experience defining and leading data migration for ERP implementations
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Confident leading stakeholder meetings, discovery sessions, training sessions and go lives
• Strong documentation skills, including functional and technical designs, integration and migration specs and decision logs
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional and remote teams
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally when required

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Experience with other Microsoft products such as Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform and Azure services
