Microsoft Dynamics 365 Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a senior Dynamics 365 Expert who will create and lead our Microsoft ERP/CRM practice. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in D365 Finance & Operations, Business Central, or Customer Engagement, and the ability to build and manage a strong D365 team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, lead, and mentor Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM teams.
• Oversee D365 implementations, customizations, integrations, and support.
• Define Microsoft practice strategy, delivery processes, and standards.
• Provide expert guidance on D365 module design, architecture, and best practices.
• Engage in pre-sales, solution demos, and proposal development.
• Manage client relationships, project budgets, and resource assignment.
• Develop consultants through structured skill-building and certification plans.
• Ensure high-quality delivery across D365 F&O, BC, CE, and Power Platform.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years in Microsoft Dynamics ERP/CRM.
• Deep expertise in D365 F&O or Business Central.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, BI).
• Experience forming and leading a D365 practice or team.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and solution design skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Expert
• D365 Solution Architect Expert
