Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and operations Technical Consultant

ResponsibilitiesJob Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Technical Consultant to support the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade D365 F&O solutions. The consultant will be responsible for technical customization, integrations, data migration, and performance optimization while working closely with functional teams and stakeholders on-site in Dubai. Key Responsibilities Technical Development & Customization

  • Design, develop, and maintain X++ customizations in D365 Finance & Operations.
  • Develop and customize: o Forms, Tables, Data Entities o Classes and Extensions o SSRS reports and Electronic Reporting (ER)
  • Ensure solutions comply with Microsoft best practices and extensibility standards. Integrations & Data
  • Design and implement integrations using: o OData, SOAP/REST APIs o Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, ADF
  • Support data migration using Data Management Framework (DMF).
  • Troubleshoot data integrity, integration failures, and performance issues. Environment & Deployment Support
  • Support deployment activities across DEV, TEST, UAT, and PROD environments.
  • Assist with build and release management, hotfixes, and package deployment.
  • Perform performance tuning and system optimization. Collaboration & Support
  • Collaborate closely with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical support during UAT, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Mentor junior technical team members and review code for quality and standards. Required Skills & Qualifications Mandatory Technical Skills
  • 8–12 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 Finance & Operations (Technical).
  • Strong hands-on expertise in: o X++ development o D365 F&O extensibility model o SSRS and ER reporting
  • Experience with D365 integrations and Azure services.
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills. Soft Skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a client-facing, on-site environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive approach to delivery. Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft Certifications such as: o Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate
  • Experience working in the Middle East region is a plus.
  • Exposure to large enterprise implementations or complex system landscapes. Engagement & Commitment
