Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting D365 F&O solutions across various modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Inventory Management.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to design efficient business processes and deliver scalable ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or participate in the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Work on requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment phases.
• Customize and configure modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Sales, and Inventory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional and technical) to ensure seamless integration with other systems and applications.
• Develop functional specifications and support system customization, workflows, and reports.
• Provide post-implementation support, user training, and documentation.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend system enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, best practices, and security policies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 F&O.
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Experience in configuration, data migration, integrations, and customization within D365 F&O.
• Good working knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional/technical specifications.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, LCS (Lifecycle Services), and CI/CD pipelines for D365 is desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
