Microsoft Dynamics 365 GP Technical Consultant

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 GP resource with 4+ years of hands-on experience in implementation, customization, support, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics GP solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong functional and technical knowledge of Dynamics GP along with experience in integrations, reporting, and client support.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics GP solutions.
• Gather business requirements and provide functional/technical solutions.
• Customize Dynamics GP modules, forms, workflows, and reports.
• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, data, and performance issues.
• Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams for successful project delivery.
• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
• Support system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP.
• Strong understanding of GP modules such as Finance, Payables, Receivables, Inventory, Purchasing, and Sales.
• Experience with SQL Server, SSRS, and SmartList reporting.
• Knowledge of Dexterity, eConnect, Integration Manager, or .NET integrations is preferred.
• Experience in troubleshooting and system support.
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power BI or Power Platform integrations.
• Exposure to Dynamics 365 Business Central or other Microsoft ERP solutions.
• Microsoft certifications will be a plus.

Location: Remote
Work Timings: Monday - Friday, 10 AM - 7 PM
