Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail & Commerce Techno-Functional Consultant

About The Role

We are seeking a passionate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail & Commerce Techno-Functional Consultant for our UAE offices. You will play a critical role in implementing and optimizing Dynamics 365 solutions for our retail operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand retail business needs and translate them into technical specifications for Dynamics 365 Retail & Commerce
  • Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 Retail & Commerce modules (e.g., Point of Sale, Product Management, eCommerce)
  • Develop and document functional specifications and test plans
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 Retail & Commerce with other enterprise systems
  • Conduct user training and support post-implementation
  • Work closely with developers to ensure functional requirements are met
  • Stay up to date with the latest Dynamics 365 Retail & Commerce features and best practices
Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail & Commerce Consultant
  • Proven experience with successful Dynamics 365 Retail & Commerce implementations, preferably in the retail sector (pharmacy experience a bonus)
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (must be able to communicate effectively with diverse audiences across UAE, Australia, and Ireland)
  • Experience with Agile methodologies preferred
