Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Liaise with implementation partners for execution and delivery of D&Q solutions.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to manage application lifecycle, perform backups, and ensure system security.
- Coordinate with third party vendors for system integrations and ongoing support.
- Provide L1 support to business users and escape issues to partners for L2/L3 support.
- Develop and manage reports using Power BI and other D&Q built in reporting tools.
- Support PL/SQL development and maintenance.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-4 years of hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance, Operations, and Commerce).
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, Commerce)
- Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
- PL/SQL development and support
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional and partner teams
