About the Role:
We are looking for experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Professionals (Technical or Functional) who are passionate about delivering robust CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement), excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
For Technical Consultant:

Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 CE solutions using plugins, workflows, Power Automate, JavaScript, and C#.

Integrate Dynamics CRM with other business systems using Azure, APIs, or middleware.

Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI or SSRS.

Manage and maintain CRM environments, deployments, and version upgrades.

Work closely with Functional Consultants and business users to translate requirements into technical solutions.
For Functional Consultant:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into CRM solutions.

Configure entities, forms, views, business rules, and workflows within Dynamics 365.

Provide functional expertise in modules like Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service.

Conduct user training, UAT sessions, and ensure smooth adoption of CRM systems.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are accurately implemented.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

4–10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE.

Strong understanding of CRM architecture, entities, workflows, and business process flows.

Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is preferred.

Knowledge of integration tools, Azure services, and Dataverse is a plus.

Excellent communication, client interaction, and documentation skills.

Microsoft Certifications (Dynamics 365, Power Platform) are an advantage.
