Dynamics CRM Consultant (Technical / Functional)

About the Role:


We are looking for experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Professionals (Technical or Functional) who are passionate about delivering robust CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement), excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a client-facing environment.


Key Responsibilities:


For Technical Consultant:


  • Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 CE solutions using plugins, workflows, Power Automate, JavaScript, and C#.
  • Integrate Dynamics CRM with other business systems using Azure, APIs, or middleware.
  • Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI or SSRS.
  • Manage and maintain CRM environments, deployments, and version upgrades.
  • Work closely with Functional Consultants and business users to translate requirements into technical solutions.


For Functional Consultant:


  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into CRM solutions.
  • Configure entities, forms, views, business rules, and workflows within Dynamics 365.
  • Provide functional expertise in modules like Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service.
  • Conduct user training, UAT sessions, and ensure smooth adoption of CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are accurately implemented.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • 4–10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Strong understanding of CRM architecture, entities, workflows, and business process flows.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of integration tools, Azure services, and Dataverse is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, client interaction, and documentation skills.
  • Microsoft Certifications (Dynamics 365, Power Platform) are an advantage.
