Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Customer Engagement) to lead end-to-end CRM implementations and digital transformation programs. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, ensure successful delivery, and act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing modules).
  • Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resources using Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with Capgemini standards and client expectations.
  • Identify project risks and proactively manage mitigation plans.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirements discussions, and executive updates.
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including functional consultants, developers, and testers.
  • Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams for seamless execution.
  • Drive performance and productivity across project teams.
  • Provide functional and strategic guidance on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into system solutions.
  • Ensure best practices in CRM implementation and integration.
  • Track project progress and provide regular status reports.
  • Ensure compliance with project governance frameworks and quality standards.
  • Manage change requests, escalations, and issue resolution.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of IT experience with at least 4+ years managing Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end CRM implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
  • Knowledge of CRM integrations (Azure, Power Platform, APIs).
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Experience with tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, MS Project.
  • Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-210, MB-230, MB-300).
  • PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications.
  • Experience in consulting or system integrator environment (preferred for Capgemini).
  • Exposure to presales, proposal development, or solution design.
