Microsoft Excel Expert

Are you highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and interested in using your skills beyond basic data entry? We’re looking for a Microsoft Excel Expert to support our analytics and reporting workflows at our office in Bahria Town, Lahore.

This is an on-site role with a structured skills assessment. Shortlisted candidates will be given an Excel-based assignment focusing on formulas, data cleaning, dashboards, and reporting. Based on performance in this assignment and interview, qualified candidates will be considered for a long-term position.

What You’ll Do:

Work with complex spreadsheets for reporting, analysis, and performance tracking.
Build and maintain templates, dashboards, and reports in Excel.
Use formulas, pivot tables, charts, and lookups to organize and analyze data.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and cleanliness of data across multiple sheets and files.
Support the team with ad-hoc analysis and report automation.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (beyond basic data entry).
Hands-on experience with formulas (e.g. IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS), pivot tables, filters, and charts.
Ability to organize, clean, and transform raw data into usable reports.
Attention to detail and a structured, problem-solving mindset.
Basic understanding of digital marketing or e‑commerce is a plus (not mandatory).

Career Growth:

This is not a data entry job. The right candidate will work closely with performance data and, over time, may grow into a media management role supporting Amazon Ads (PPC) and other digital marketing initiatives.

Candidates who perform well will be moved forward to the final interview stage.
