At Allendevaux & Company, we are building customer-focused teams that collectively provide expertise in data protection and AI governance for our customers. As a Microsoft Identity & Access Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and securing user identities, authentication, and access controls within Microsoft environments. This role ensures proper identity governance, compliance, and privileged access management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, manage, and optimize Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) for identity and access management.
• Configure and monitor Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Conditional Access policies.
• Manage identity lifecycle processes (user provisioning, deprovisioning, and role-based access control).
• Maintain Privileged Identity Management (PIM) to control and monitor privileged access.
• Secure and integrate hybrid identity environments, ensuring seamless authentication between on-prem and cloud-based solutions.
• Monitor and respond to identity-related security threats.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and identity management best practices.
• Provide training and guidance to IT teams on identity security best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Identity & Access Administrator Associate (SC-300).
• 3+ years of experience in identity and access management (IAM).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, OAuth, and SAML.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture and IAM security frameworks.
• Knowledge of identity governance and access policies for compliance (GDPR, ISO 27701, NIST, etc.).

Location of Job Opportunity:

The office is located within the Regus Business Center at 161 Abdel Salam Aref Street, San Stefano, Alexandria, Egypt. You will be working with other team members. You can sometimes work remotely (as arranged with your manager) from your home office; it must be equipped with stable Internet and minimal background noise disruption.

Working Hours:

This opportunity supports customers in the EU, UK and US. As an average, be prepared to work 11:00am to 8:00pm Egypt Standard Time, with a break for lunch, although flexibility will be needed as occasionally you may need to work a little later when meeting with US colleagues.

Paid Time Off:

Paid-time-off (PTO) is four weeks and can be spent for any purpose such as national or religious holidays, vacation, sick leave, etc.
