Gerab System Solutions is looking for a highly experienced Microsoft Licensing Sales Specialist with a strong background in the CSP ecosystem within the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving Microsoft license sales across key solution areas including Modern Work, Business Applications, Azure, Infrastructure, and Data & AI.
The candidate must have prior experience working with a Microsoft CSP partner in the UAE, with a deep understanding of licensing models, distributor engagement, pricing structures, and incentive programs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive end-to-end sales of Microsoft licenses across:
2. Manage the complete sales cycle:
3. Work closely with Microsoft distributors in the UAE
4. Identify and convert new business opportunities while managing existing customer renewals
5. Ensure timely renewals of subscriptions to avoid service disruptions
6. Leverage Microsoft programs including:
7. Collaborate with internal teams (technical, pre-sales, procurement) to ensure smooth deal execution
8. Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast in CRM
Key Requirements
5+ years of experience in Microsoft licensing sales within the UAE
Prior experience with a Microsoft CSP partner (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of:
Strong relationships with UAE distributors
Good understanding of:
Proven track record in closing licensing deals and achieving targets
Strong negotiation and commercial skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
