Job Title/Role: M&A Engineer

Requirement Start Date: ASAP

Location: India (Remote)

Operating Model: Work From Home (Remote)

Shift Timing (Including time zone): 7 PM – 4 AM IST

Experience Range: 3 - 5 years

Must Have Skills:

• Hands-on experience executing M365 M&A migrations (tenant-to-tenant, divestitures, coexistence)

• Strong working knowledge of Exchange Online, Hybrid Exchange (2013/2019), Entra ID, and PowerShell

• Experience migrating mailboxes, groups, and domains using BitTitan, Quest, AvePoint, or similar tools

• Experience supporting Active Directory to Entra ID migrations and troubleshooting Entra ID Connect

• Ability to execute migration waves, cutovers, and post-migration validation

• Comfortable managing users, groups, mailboxes, Teams, and M365 licensing

• Experience supporting Service Desk teams and communicating migration status/issues

Good to Have Skills & Certifications:

• Experience in on-premises Domain Consolidations

• Familiarity with Microsoft Defender XDR or basic security operations

• Consulting background

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute approved migration designs for M&A and divestiture projects

• Perform configuration, testing, cutover, and hypercare support activities

• Troubleshoot Exchange, identity, mail flow, and coexistence issues

• Work closely with Architects, PMs, and customer teams during delivery

• Provide feedback to improve migration runbooks, tooling, and processes

Role Summary:

As a Mergers and Acquisitions Engineer at Cyclotron, you will focus on the hands-on execution of Microsoft 365, Exchange, and identity migrations. This role is delivery-focused and works under the guidance of senior architects, with a clear path to deeper ownership and growth over time.

Pay: ₹483,349.16 - ₹1,741,017.06 per year
