Microsoft Office Expert - Onsite Lahore

We are a dynamic organization seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Word Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating professional templates, complex forms, documents, complex proposals, and forms with advanced formatting for diverse business use cases. Responsibilities include designing and presenting forms, composing, organizing page layouts, formatting data, and ensuring an efficient and streamlined workflow of templates development process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the form pattern aligns with the template requirements and design specifications.
  • Develop visually appealing and user-friendly page layouts that meet company standards.
  • Design, edit, and format professional documents, ensuring consistency and accuracy, with a focus on advanced layout techniques like section breaks, headers/footers, multi-column text, and customized styles.
  • Create and maintain templates for reports, presentations, and complex proposal forms, integrating dynamic elements such as auto-updating tables of contents, references, and custom fields.
  • Collaborate with the development team to streamline the creation, formatting, and submission of intricate proposal documents, ensuring compliance with organizational or regulatory standards.
  • Ensure documents meet branding and style requirements using advanced formatting tools, customized themes, and color palettes, while maintaining precision through tools like track changes, document comparison, and revision history.
  • Resolve issues related to MS Word functionality, such as formatting errors, compatibility problems, or broken links within large and complex documents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience with MS Word.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality work.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Experience:

  • MS Office: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Certification in Microsoft Office (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Lahore (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Wapda Town: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
