Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Microsoft Office Management Instructor based in Faisalabad. The instructor will be responsible for teaching Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Daily tasks include planning and preparing instructional materials, conducting classes, assessing student progress, and providing support to students to ensure their understanding and success in the course. Additionally, the role involves staying updated with the latest developments in Microsoft Office applications and incorporating them into the curriculum.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance
  • Familiarity with Office Equipment
  • Strong teaching and training skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Certification in Microsoft Office is a plus
  • Previous experience as an instructor or in a teaching role is preferred
