Job Description

We are seeking a Microsoft Solutions Engineer with advanced technical expertise across the Microsoft ecosystem including Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange, PKI, Microsoft 365, Intune, Defender, Purview, and Azure Services.

As a customer-facing technical expert, you will design, implement, and support secure, scalable, and modern Microsoft infrastructure solutions. This role requires deep hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, and the ability to engage with enterprise customers to deliver optimized digital workspace solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to understand business requirements, assess environments, and design Microsoft-based infrastructure and identity solutions.
• Assist customers in designing, deploying, migrating, and troubleshooting Microsoft-based solutions (as mentioned below) across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
• Microsoft Active Directory environments, including Group Policies, Sites & Services, replication, and delegation.
• Design and manage Hybrid AD integrations with Entra ID (Azure AD), including Conditional Access, Hybrid Join, and synchronization.
• Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint)
• Microsoft Intune for endpoint and application management across diverse device platforms.
• Implement and maintain Microsoft Defender solutions for Endpoint, Identity, and Cloud to strengthen security posture.
• Design, deploy, and optimize Microsoft RDS Clusters and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments to deliver secure and high-performance virtual workspaces for customers.
• FSLogix Profile Containers, troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure consistent user experiences across session hosts.
• Manage PKI infrastructure (certificate templates, CRLs, key management) and DFS namespaces for secure file and identity operations.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell, ARM templates, Terraform) for streamlined deployment and operations.
• Collaborate with customer infrastructure teams (network, storage, and security) to deliver integrated and compliant Microsoft solutions.
• Create detailed technical documentation, migration guides, and operational runbooks for customers.
• Stay current with Microsoft technology advancements and provide strategic recommendations for modernization, cloud adoption, and security enhancements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft infrastructure engineering and administration.
• Proven expertise in:
• Windows Server 2019/2022, Active Directory, and Group Policy Management.
• Hybrid AD / Entra ID (Azure AD) configuration and Conditional Access policies.
• Microsoft 365 administration, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Microsoft Intune for device and application management.
• Microsoft Defender suite for endpoint and identity protection.
• Microsoft RDS Clusters and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) deployment, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• FSLogix profile management and session performance tuning.
• PKI infrastructure, certificates, and DFS management.
• PowerShell scripting and automation for infrastructure configuration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience resolving hybrid identity, profile, and performance issues.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with a focus on customer success and solution clarity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
