Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Web Applications & SharePoint Consultant to design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise web applications using Microsoft technologies. This role combines web development, SharePoint administration, system integration, and stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with the Microsoft stack and can communicate effectively in Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities

The consultant will design, develop, and deploy web applications using C#.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, and SharePoint (Online and On-Premises). The role includes building responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap, and integrating Microsoft platforms such as Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate (MS Flow), and Office 365.

You will develop custom SharePoint web parts and workflows using SharePoint Designer, perform SharePoint administration tasks including PowerShell scripting, search service application management, business data connections, security patching, and SharePoint farm setup. Responsibilities also include installing, configuring, upgrading, patching, backing up, and recovering SharePoint applications and databases, as well as monitoring and tuning web applications and SQL Server databases.

The role involves performing SharePoint upgrades, configuring load balancing, setting up SSL certificates, and conducting system health checks and troubleshooting. You will administer web application and database security, including role-based access control, user management, and permissions.

You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions, design and implement customized applications, and perform root-cause analysis for technical and functional issues with proper documentation. Additional responsibilities include application testing after enhancements and upgrades, resolving performance and configuration issues, supporting architectural improvements, and collaborating with DBAs, system administrators, and functional teams to diagnose and resolve production issues.

The consultant will also contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions, provide technical and functional training, create end-user and technical documentation, manage vendor support tickets, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

A Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field is required, along with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in web application development and SharePoint environments. Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, system integration, and enterprise application support is essential. Applicable certifications are a plus.

Language Requirement

Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (reading and writing) is required.
