Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, payroll processing, and general finance department operations. This role is a full-time, on-site position at our Bangalore office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing day-to-day accounting operations
• Support payroll processing and maintain employee salary records
• Assist in maintaining ledgers, invoices, and expense records
• Help in the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Coordinate with other departments for billing and payments
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory filings under supervision
• Provide administrative support to the accounts department as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel
• Familiarity with payroll, billing, and salary management processes
• Good analytical and numerical skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore
