Mid-level Business Analyst (BA) / hybrid BA–Product support role

Job Summary Mid-level Business Analyst (BA) / Hybrid BA Product Support

Support large-scale financial compliance projects, particularly those involving Actimize (AML/financial crime platform).
Serve as a liaison between Compliance and IT departments.
Manage the intake, prioritization, and tracking of business requests (enhancements, bugs, etc.).
Maintain and manage backlogs and workflows using Jira.
Collaborate with stakeholders across compliance, data, and IT teams.
Gather and translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
Operate effectively in a flexible, loosely structured ( Wagile ) work environment.
Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Quickly ramp up to work independently and efficiently manage backlog and intake processes.
Preferred experience in financial services, especially with AML, fraud/financial crime systems, and transaction monitoring.
Actimize platform experience is highly desirable.
Emphasizes strong team collaboration and a good personality/team fit.
