Mid-level Corporate - M&A Lawyer

ELIG Gürkaynak Attorneys-at-Law is seeking a Mid-level Corporate - M&A Lawyer for its Corporate Law Practice Group with the following qualifications: 

1. Candidate must be qualified as an attorney in Turkiye;
2. At least 2 - 4 years of post-qualification experience in a corporate law firm, on corporate legal matters and M&A transactions is essential;
3. Candidate will be expected to work on daily and project based corporate law matters, registration practices before the trade registries, issues regarding foreign direct investment regulations, assisting the team in M&A transactions and due diligences, capital markets and banking regulation related matters; 
4. Excellent command of written and spoken English (equivalent of IELTS average of 7.0) is a must.

Selected candidates will be interviewed in English.
