Position Available:

• Mid-Level Cost Estimator – 1 to 3 years of relevant experience

Job Type: Full-time | On-site (Lahore – Wapda Town)
Shift Timing: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects
• Review and analyze project specifications, drawings, and documents
• Determine material, labor, and equipment requirements
• Coordinate with project managers and other departments to ensure accuracy
• Maintain and update cost databases
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning for projects

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in civil/construction cost estimation
• Strong knowledge of materials, labor, and equipment costing
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in cost estimation software/tools
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred
