Mid Level Estimator

1. Estimation & Costing

• Study project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Quantify materials, labor, and subcontractor works required for each project.
• Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and cost comparison sheets.

2. Material & Market Research

• Source and update market rates for materials, equipment, and subcontracted services.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations and negotiate competitive prices.
• Maintain an updated database of material prices and subcontractor rates.

3. Coordination with Internal Teams

• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and procurement to clarify technical requirements.
• Support the procurement team with cost inputs and technical clarifications.
• Coordinate with design and QS departments to ensure consistency of cost data.

4. Tender & Proposal Preparation

• Support the preparation of tender submissions, including pricing sheets, technical offers, and required documentation.
• Review and ensure all tender documents are fully completed and compliant with client requirements.

5. Cost Analysis & Value Engineering

• Conduct cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide value-engineering solutions without compromising quality or specifications.

6. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain organized records of all quotations, cost sheets, and tender submissions.
• Prepare weekly updates on estimation status and upcoming deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
