Mid-Level Interior Design Role

The ideal candidate would have the ability to produce space plans and construction documentation with accuracy, code-compliance and design intent. Generate and develop overall interior design concepts, color/material selections, and specifications. Prepare design presentation materials and participate in client presentations. The designer would serve on a team alongside senior designers/project managers while working on multiple project types, work independently on appropriate projects, and have creative vision while collaborating to elevate designs to the next level.

Preferred Qualifications

· BFA or BS in Interior Design or Interior Architecture

· 2-3 years of commercial design experience

· Knowledge of building systems, codes, and ADA requirements

· Creative, self-motivated, and driven

· Collaborative with the ability to communicate ideas and information

· Positive relationship skills with team and clients

· Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Technical Skills

· Extensive AutoCAD Architecture and REVIT

· Adobe Creative Cloud

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
