Mid Level MERN Stack Developer

About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer who is passionate about building scalable, performant web applications. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling both frontend and backend development, and must be comfortable with client communication and team collaboration.

Job Title: MERN Stack Developer
Location: Johar Town, Lahore (On-site)
Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Experience Required: Minimum 1.5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Create and manage RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, and performance optimization
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and QA teams
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues in a timely manner
• Communicate clearly with clients when required

Required Skills:

• Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, and Express.js
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and Mongoose
• Familiarity with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and integration techniques
• Experience with version control tools like Git/GitHub
• Comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with TypeScript or Next.js
• Familiarity with Socket.io or WebSockets
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Heroku, etc.)

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
