Mid Level Python Developer

On behalf of the Digilynx team, we are hiring a mid level Python developer with hands on machine learning experience. This full time role is for Islamabad, Pakistan only. Digilynx is a Pakistan based software company headquartered in Islamabad with branches in Lahore and Canada.

What you will do
------------------

• Develop, test, and maintain Python applications and automation scripts
• Design, train, and integrate machine learning models into production workflows
• Prepare and clean data and run analyses to support ML initiatives
• Profile and optimise code for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Build and consume REST APIs and integrate with data stores
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and bugs
• Write clean, reusable code and maintain documentation
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to meet delivery timelines

What we need from you
-------------------------

• Bachelor degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field
• 2 to 3 years of hands on Python development experience
• Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit learn
• Strong knowledge of data manipulation libraries like NumPy and pandas
• Solid fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and object oriented design
• Familiarity with REST APIs and Git based version control
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Willingness and ability to work onsite in Islamabad and meet deadlines

Nice to have
-------------

• Experience in NLP or computer vision projects
• Familiarity with containerization such as Docker and orchestration like Kubernetes
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
