We are a rapidly growing Digital Marketing Company in Dubai, providing innovative and results-driven marketing solutions to help businesses scale. Our services include SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and Lead Generation Campaigns.

As we expand, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is performance-driven and designed for professionals who thrive in sales environments where results are rewarded.

Role Overview

The Mid-Level Sales Executive will focus on generating new business opportunities, closing deals, and consistently achieving monthly sales targets. This position includes a performance-based structure with a marketing budget allocation of AED 5,000 per month, which will be applicable once monthly targets are achieved.

This role is ideal for driven individuals who are ambitious, adaptable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Dubai and across the UAE.
  • Consistently achieve the monthly sales target of AED 30,000.
  • Build strong and long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to design and execute sales strategies.
  • Present and pitch digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, etc.) to potential clients.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market insights.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market developments.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of proven sales experience (digital marketing industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Quick learner, adaptable, and able to align with company processes within the first month.
  • Based in Dubai (or willing to relocate).
  • Fluency in English required (Arabic is a plus).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Marketing Budget: AED 5,000/month (applicable upon achieving monthly targets).
