Mid-Level SharePoint Developer

We are currently seeking a Mid-Level SharePoint Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft 365 technologies to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and implementing SharePoint-based business solutions while supporting enterprise collaboration and workflow automation initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and implement solutions using SharePoint Online and Microsoft Lists
• Design and manage custom lists, columns, calculated fields, metadata, and list views
• Develop and apply JSON formatting, conditional formatting, and data visualization techniques within SharePoint
• Configure and maintain SharePoint permissions, role-based access controls, and governance policies
• Build and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into efficient SharePoint solutions
• Perform solution testing, validation, deployment, and optimization activities
• Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and process documentation
• Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues while providing post-deployment support
• Ensure best practices for security, usability, and enterprise collaboration are followed

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Lists
• Experience with:
• Calculated columns
• JSON formatting
• Custom views and list configurations
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and permissions management
• Experience creating workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
• Understanding of enterprise collaboration, governance, and document management practices
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power Apps integration
• Familiarity with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) is a plus
• Understanding of Microsoft Teams and broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem integrations
• Experience working in agile development environments
