About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced SharePoint Developer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft SharePoint Server 2019 On-Premises solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SharePoint development, SPFx, custom web parts, workflow automation, and enterprise application integrations. You will play a key role in designing and delivering scalable business applications, document management systems, collaboration portals, and workflow-driven solutions that support organizational growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint 2019 On-Premises solutions.
- Develop custom web parts, extensions, portals, and applications using SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
- Customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, forms, content types, and workflows.
- Develop solutions using C#, .NET Framework, ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
- Integrate SharePoint with ERP, HRMS, Active Directory, and other enterprise systems.
- Develop and consume REST APIs, CSOM, JSOM, and SharePoint Server Object Model.
- Create and maintain workflow automation solutions.
- Implement role-based security and permissions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance, functionality, and user-related issues.
- Participate in requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support activities.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide user support when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint development and administration.
- Strong expertise in SharePoint Server 2019 On-Premises.
- Experience with:
- SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
- ReactJS
- TypeScript
- JavaScript / jQuery
- HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap
- C# and .NET Framework
- Proficiency in:
- SharePoint REST APIs
- CSOM (Client-Side Object Model)
- JSOM (JavaScript Object Model)
- SharePoint Server Object Model
- Experience developing custom web parts, event receivers, timer jobs, and workflow solutions.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, permissions, governance, and site collections.
- Familiarity with SQL Server, Visual Studio, Git, and Azure DevOps.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration.
- Knowledge of Active Directory integration and claims-based authentication.
- Experience with SharePoint migration projects (2013/2016 to 2019).
- Microsoft SharePoint certifications will be an advantage.
