Mid Level UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, and development to deliver seamless and visually compelling user interfaces.

This role requires proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop), and Canva, with a key focus on both UI/UX design and the creation of digital marketing and branding assets.

Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the designing wireframes, prototypes, and mockups based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with senior designers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into engaging user interfaces.
• Plan and conduct user research and testing to identify pain points and improve designs.
• Create compelling digital content including social media graphics, presentations, and marketing collateral using Figma, Adobe and other design tools.
• Design social media graphics, presentations, and other creatives using illustrator.
• Utilize Adobe Photoshop for image editing, retouching, and developing custom visual assets.
• Ensure design consistency across all products and platforms by maintaining a cohesive visual style, including typography, color schemes, and branding elements
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively apply them to elevate design quality and user experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Proven proficiency in Figma and Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop; experience with Sketch is a plus.
• Exceptional visual design skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics, layout, typography, and color theory.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs consistently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Good eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and strong visual design skills.
• A well-organized portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design work, including real-world projects, academic work, or personal initiatives.
