The Role
We are recruiting for the in-house legal team for a leading real estate and destination development firm headquartered in the UAE. It operates across multiple business verticals, including real estate, hospitality & tourism, sports & leisure, and commercial/leisure destinations. Responsibilities: 1. Handle litigation matters across commercial, construction, and real estate disputes in the UAE courts. 2. Liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies to manage case strategies and outcomes. 3. Draft pleadings, legal memoranda, and opinions to support dispute resolution. 4. Provide advice to management on litigation risks, settlement strategies, and compliance with local laws.
Requirements
1. Bilingual Arabic-English lawyer with 6–10 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) in UAE litigation and local law practice. 2. Strong knowledge of UAE court procedures and ability to manage disputes across multiple sectors. 3. Demonstrated ability to provide strategic litigation advice and draft accurate, persuasive pleadings and opinions. 4. Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and advisory skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure, complex cases. 5.
