Job Title: Mid-Sr Maintenance Technician (Building Management Systems)
Location: Seymour, Indiana (Onsite)
Length of Assignment: 3 months (contract-to-hire)
Rate: $48/hr - $58/hr all-in rate (depending on experience)

Job Description:
Need a hands-on BMS (Building Management Systems) Maintenance Technician supporting facility operations. This role focuses on troubleshooting and maintaining building systems, particularly HVAC integrated with BMS. The environment is fast-paced and reactive, requiring strong troubleshooting and on-call flexibility.

Must Haves:

• BMS experience
• Facility maintenance and troubleshooting
• Low voltage experience
• HVAC systems knowledge

Nice to Have:

• Siemens Desigo
• Pharma or regulated industry experience
• On-call environment experience

Pay: $48.00 - $58.00 per hour
