What You'll Do

As an intern, you will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will support day-to-day operations across your assigned department. You will be exposed to real-world business challenges and contribute to key initiatives under the guidance of experienced professionals.

This internship offers valuable practical experience and insight into the inner workings of a leading professional organization and aims to equip you with transferable skills applicable to future career opportunities.

You will be assigned to a specific department based on your academic major or stated interest in a Business Services Team function.

Key Responsibilities (may Vary Depending On Department)

  • Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
  • Prepare, review, and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain and update records, databases, or tracking sheets.
  • Help streamline internal processes and suggest improvements where applicable.
  • Participate in team meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Support internal and external communications, including drafting emails, announcements, or meeting summaries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling organisational information.
  • Take on additional duties as required to support the team or department’s goals.

What You'll Bring

  • Final-year university student eligible for COOP in January 2026
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook with a willingness to learn new tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and high standards of accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented, and intellectually demanding environment
