What You'll Do
The Finance Associate sits in the wider Commercial Finance function. You will work closely with the various sub-Finance teams to support the timely delivering of processing, reporting and analysis. As a dynamic and driven Associate, you will support the team in managing the credit control, contracting, audit support and AP functions primarily for BCG Middle East You'll also gain Insights into the broader Finance Function dealing with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the Credit controller in day-to-day tasks

Supporting the Contracting Team with requests and submitting performance bonds

Updating the weekly contracting dashboard

Maintaining the weekly receivables file
-
Supporting the team on DSO initiatives and audit requests
-
Supporting Accounts Payable activities including invoice validation, processing, and documentation in SAP
-
Monitoring invoice aging, supporting payment runs, and maintaining accurate AP records

Contributing to month-end closing activities and ensuring data accuracy across finance systems

Final-year university student eligible for COOP in June 2026' ( preferably Accounting, Business or Finance major)
