What You'll Do
As an intern within the HR Center of Expertise, you will contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment focused on strengthening workplace culture, compliance, and employee experience. You will support day-to-day activities and key initiatives under the guidance of the COE manager, gaining exposure to real organizational challenges and contributing to meaningful improvements.
You will be supporting projects based on your academic major or stated interest in a HR function.
Key responsibilities (may vary depending on department):
- Collaborate with various HR Centers of Expertise on cross-functional projects, coordinating inputs, tracking deliverables, and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
- Projects will span across HR Risk & Compliance, Immigration & Employee Benefits.
- Prepare, review, and organize documents, content, and presentations related to ongoing projects.
- Participate in team meetings, take notes, monitor follow-ups, and help maintain project tracking and documentation.
- Support internal and external communications, including drafting emails, announcements, or meeting summaries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling organizational information.
- Take on additional duties as required to support the Centers of Excellence broader objectives and project needs.
What You'll Bring
- Final-year university student eligible for COOP in June 2026
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook with a willingness to learn new tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and high standards of accuracy
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented, and intellectually demanding environment
