Middle & High School Teachers (Math, Physics, Chemistry)

Key responsibilities

• Instruction and planning: Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, using various methods to cater to diverse learning styles.
• Assessment and feedback: Evaluate student performance through assignments and exams, providing timely and constructive feedback. Maintain accurate records of student progress.
• Classroom management: Create a positive and disciplined learning environment, establishing and enforcing rules and procedures to facilitate learning and respect.
• Communication: Regularly communicate with parents, guardians, and other staff members about student progress and needs.
• Collaboration: Work with colleagues and school staff to develop and implement programs that support student learning.
• Professional development: Participate in meetings, training, and other professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and techniques.
• Student support: Provide academic guidance and support to students, including help with standardized test preparation and individual learning challenges.
• Supervision: Supervise students outside of the classroom during activities like lunch or field trips.

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject area and state teaching certification are standard.
• Strong understanding of curriculum and educational standards for the relevant grade levels.
• Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Proficiency in using technology to support instruction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
