Middle Product Business Analyst

About the role

At Suntech Innovation, we specialize in product R&D for the iGaming market, building scalable SaaS-based B2B platforms that power next-generation gaming experiences.

We are looking for a Middle Product Business Analyst to drive the development of a sports-focused product line within our iGaming ecosystem.

This role combines product ownership and business analysis responsibilities — you will shape product direction, while also being deeply involved in requirements definition, integrations, and delivery execution.

You will work at the intersection of business, product, and engineering, ensuring that product ideas are translated into clear, actionable, and high-quality deliverables.


Responsibilities

Strategic Business Analysis

  • Contribute to Product roadmap aligned with business goals and market insights
  • Champion an AI-first approach by identifying opportunities to embed AI in business processes
  • Map client requirements to the right B2B model and customization scope
  • Translate high-level product ideas into epics, features, and actionable backlog items
  • Support prioritization decisions based on business value, risks, and dependencies
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and user behaviour within domain of work
  • Own end-to-end requirements lifecycle (discovery delivery validation)
  • Elicit, analyze, and document:
    • Business requirements
    • Functional & Technical specifications
    • User stories & acceptance criteria
  • Document requirements using wireframes and process flows (BPMN/UML) to guide development
  • Ensure clarity, completeness, and traceability of requirements
  • Coordinate with tech teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration delivery
  • Support operational business requests to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution
  • Work with APIs, ensuring robust, scalable, and efficient system integrations

Requirements


Must-have

  • 3–4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or related Product Ownership role
  • Experience in iGaming or complex B2B digital products
  • Strong experience in:
    • Requirements gathering & documentation
    • Writing user stories & acceptance criteria
    • Working with product backlog (JIRA/Confluence)
  • Hands-on experience with system/provider integrations (APIs, Middleware, SDK, Webhook)
  • Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/Scrumban)
  • Proven experience working with back-office solutions and operational systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Confident communication and stakeholder management
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2+)

Nice to have

  • Experience with product metrics & analytics (Power BI, GTM/GA and similar platforms)
  • Skilled in defining roadmaps and prioritizing initiatives effectively
  • Understanding of microservices / system architecture
  • Working knowledge of database structures and SQL for efficient data handling
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design concepts and best practices
