Middleware (IBM)

We are looking for an experienced IBM Middleware Developer with at least 2 years of expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining middleware solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration, performance, and scalability of enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain middleware solutions using IBM WebSphere, IBM MQ, IIB (IBM Integration Bus), or ACE.
• Configure and support messaging, integration flows, and middleware components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve middleware-related issues to ensure system stability and performance.
• Collaborate with application developers, architects, and system administrators to deliver integrated solutions.
• Implement middleware best practices, security standards, and monitoring solutions.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and migration activities.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in IBM Middleware tools (WebSphere, MQ, IIB/ACE).
• Strong understanding of middleware architecture, SOA, and integration patterns.
• Experience with APIs, SOAP, REST, and microservices integration.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Shell, Python, etc.) for automation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• IBM Certified Developer certification.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud).
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)
