A well-established firm with an office in Irvine, CA is seeking a Construction Attorney with 2–5 years of experience for its construction and surety practice. The successful candidate will work on a mix of construction litigation, surety, real estate, and general business litigation matters . This is not a construction defect or insurance defense role.


Details

  • Base Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 per year
  • Billable Requirement: 1,800 hours per year
  • Hybrid Work Policy: 3 days in-office

Qualifications

  • CA Bar License required
  • 2–5 years of litigation experience with exposure to construction, surety, real estate, or general business litigation
  • Ability to run cases independently and motivated to grow within the industry
