We are looking for Mid/Senior Data Scientist!

Project Leadership and Delivery:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced analytics models to drive business decisions,
• Manage end-to-end delivery of data science projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results,
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, formulate analytical approaches, and communicate insights..

Data Modeling and Analysis:

• Develop and implement models for tabular, time series, recommendation, computer vision and LLM problems,
• Apply deep learning, machine learning, statistical analysis, and algorithmic techniques and strategies to large datasets to solve complex problems,
• Design and track ML experiments,
• Devise model validation strategies.

Stakeholder Management:

• Act as a primary point of contact for data science inquiries and projects from business stakeholders,
• Translate complex technical details into actionable business insights,
• Prepare and present reports and findings to senior management.

Innovation and Research:

• Stay abreast of the latest developments in data science and machine learning technologies,
• Explore new methodologies and tools to improve existing systems and workflows,
• Contribute to the innovation pipeline by proposing and piloting new solutions.

Team Development and Mentoring:

• Mentor junior data scientists, providing guidance and support in their professional development,
• Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages knowledge sharing and professional growth.

Who Are We Looking For? We’re looking for a passionate and innovative Mid/Senior Data Scientist who follows technology trends and continuously seeks new challenges. If you have:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience (retail or e-commerce preferred) in a data science role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Strong understanding of LLMs, their architecture, and associated applications, including RAG systems and agentic workflows .
• Proficiency in deploying batch & api based ML inference solutions,
• Model deployment experience with big data ecosystems and cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud , or Azure
• Extensive experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn , TensorFlow , PyTorch ),
• Extensive knowledge of ML metrics suitable to the problem
• Knowledge about model monitoring and drift detection strategies,
• Expertise in SQL and experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark),
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills,
• Excellent presentation and data visualization skills,
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
