Mid/Senior Product Designer

Job Overview

We are hiring a Product designer to play a critical role in crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences across our products.

You will work closely with the Product Managers, Product Owners, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure our products are user-friendly and meet the needs of our diverse customer base.

Your role will involve conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and continuously iterating on designs based on user feedback and analytics.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, and engineers to understand product requirements and translate them into user-centric designs.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Design and prototype intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Ensure consistency in design across all product platforms by adhering to brand guidelines and design standards.
• Analyze user feedback and activity, and iterate on designs to improve user experience.
• Work closely with the engineering team to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design and incorporate them into the design process.
• Advocate for the end-user throughout the product development lifecycle,
• ensuring user needs are at the forefront of all design decisions.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proficient experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer or UI Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work and process.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  
  

Qualifications

• A degree in programming, computer science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 Years of Experience
