Job Description:

• Create high-impact and modern designs for layout and formatting domain.

• Design, build theme and manage the consistency in visuals across various types of design products like Brochures, Presentations, Emailers, Social media posts, Interactive PDF, Illustrations, Dashboards and Microsites.

• Understand data, create charts and format documents using software like Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

• Communicate directly with clients across the globe for the projects, lead briefing calls, and share accurate turnaround time.

• Work readily along with the other team members and collaborate on projects as per the requirement.

• Create regular reporting of the tasks done in the required format.

Top Skills/Candidate Requirements:

• Highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign with ability to deliver modern and impactful designs in short duration.

• 5+ years of experience in reputed agencies, studios and corporate design teams.

• Must poses hands on experience in working on PowerPoint for creating modern presentations in a short turn-around time.

• Ability to exercise good judgment and execution of principles of visual communication such as Color theory, Visual balance, White-space, Typography, etc.

• Knowledge of Creating/Using Style sheet/Templates in formatting and layout software is must.

• Additional knowledge animation and video editing will be a plus.

• Ability to ensure that tasks within areas of responsibility are completed in a timely manner.

• Must implement design thinking in principle when faced with challenges to find solutions.

• Excellent communication skills are a must.

• Graduate in design or diploma from a reputed institute with relevant industry experience.
