Mig Welder

Job Summary:

Being a Fabricator / MIG welder at KGD will involve :

• Fabricating/Welding and fitting to a high standard on materials such as Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex.
• Being able to work from engineering drawings.
• Working with our experienced team in the workshop although there will be some local site work required from time to time.
• Be involved in a variety of projects with various materials and opportunities to broaden your skillset
• Opportunities to work away
• Enhance your earnings with overtime when required

The successful applicants will look to improve or already have the following skills and qualities:

• Experienced in MIG welding (TIG available too)
• Experienced in fabrication and fitting work on engineered projects
• Be able to read mechanical drawings with a good understanding of general engineering.
• Show a willingness to be helpful, enthusiastic, flexible and learn.
• Be a team player.
• Self-motivated, reliable and able to complete tasks without supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £15.00-£17.00 per hour
