Mig Welder/Fabricator

We are looking for Welder Fabricators to join our team for a minimum of 3 months, with the intention to transition into full-time positions. Our factory is located in Moira, and we specialize in sheet metal fabrication. While experience in sheet metal fabrication and the ability to read fabrication drawings are preferred, they are not essential. We value dedication and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Perform welding and fabrication tasks as per project requirements.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings to ensure accurate production.
• Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in sheet metal fabrication (preferred but not essential).
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings (preferred but not essential).
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
