Migration Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Australian Migration Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in visa processing, skill assessments, and Australian migration procedures, along with excellent client management and team leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end visa processing and skill assessment applications for Australian migration.
  • Provide professional guidance to clients on migration laws, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
  • Coordinate with government and assessing authorities to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Lead and support a small team to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and track application progress through CRM or other systems.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with the latest changes in Australian immigration laws and procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Australian migration, visa processing, or skill assessments.
  • Strong client management and team leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
  • Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, and online portals).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,281.66 - ₹40,000.00 per month
