Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of milk tea beverages with precision and flair, following established recipes and presentation standards
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring their satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food handling and food preparation tasks in compliance with food safety standards
• Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for transactions
• Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies, monitoring product freshness, and communicating stock needs to the team
• Uphold food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers

Skills

• Proven experience as a barista or in the food service industry, with a focus on beverage preparation and customer interaction
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for smooth cash handling and sales processing
• Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and clear communication abilities
• Knowledge of food safety practices, food preparation techniques, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to perform retail math accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and inventory counts
• Previous experience in café or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
