Matchmaker Assistant

As a Matchmaker Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our matchmakers and ensuring a seamless client experience. You’ll help manage client interactions, assist in identifying potential matches, and maintain organization across multiple active clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support matchmakers with client onboarding and profile setup
  • Assist in searching, identifying, and vetting potential matches
  • Coordinate communications between clients and matchmakers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and notes
  • Help manage scheduling, follow-ups, and ongoing client touchpoints
  • Provide a high level of customer service and discretion at all times
  • Assist with database management and internal systems

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  • Experience in customer service, coordination, or administrative support (sales or matchmaking experience is a plus)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • Intuitive, personable, and solutions-oriented
